The LED lights also replace the cost for replacing expensive lights for specific cars, vehicles, boats, ATV,Quads, Motorcycles and such because the LED lights last so long there won’t be a need for a constant change or repair. LED lighting also uses less energy than standard automotive lights. LED lights emits in the distance making a path easy to see. The LED lights are also waterproof so in the water, with your boat, they will last an extremely long amount of time. All of the LED light products are waterproof. The LED will last much longer with the moisture resistance and because of this LED lights are a top choice for rainy or constantly damp locations. The LED lights can also be counted on when you are out on the water with your boat or riding you quad or ATV in the dirt. The LED lights are out down the expense for replacement, which in turn saves you more money by not having to need a constant replacement or to pay for the repair by another company. Just trying to figure it all out, whats with the odd surfacing panicking aware nonsense in the black box by everyones names?! I applied to the site as I felt compelled to answer a question I saw on the website.

Erm, I might as well start with a sensible post, what do you guys make of this car scrappage scheme? Utter nonsense right? As an engineer I can't help but think that removing all these cars is the least green move the government could have made.

Time - Eco poem by Richardhttp://supporters.footprintfriends.com/forums/thread/853.aspxThu, 10 Sep 2009 10:13:47 GMTe866abaa-8e31-48a1-b372-da69cf166212:853richard1http://supporters.footprintfriends.com/forums/thread/853.aspxhttp://supporters.footprintfriends.com/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=38&PostID=853
The older I get
The more I forget
What it was like to HAVE time.

Time to play
Go out every day
And while away the hours.

Now, time ticks on
And those days are gone
And I am puled this way and that...

Don't get me wrong
Its not bad that they've gone
Its just what happends to adults.

We all have to earn money
Keep sain and be funny
And concentrate the ones that we love.

This is why
WE have to try
And give our kids the best Future

Promices we make
Adheare to or break
Define us as people and humans.

From the 7th of December
World leaders will ponder
And agree on a united decision

On every aspect
Of humans effect
For changing the world that we live in.

We do not have time
To ingore the sublime
We must commit to make radical change

If we do not
We have not got
The luxury of TIME to implement action

We will be forced
On an alternate course
And jepodise life as we know it.

Richard Ford

Maximized Gainshttp://supporters.footprintfriends.com/forums/thread/857.aspxThu, 17 Sep 2009 08:06:42 GMTe866abaa-8e31-48a1-b372-da69cf166212:857FranBurns0http://supporters.footprintfriends.com/forums/thread/857.aspxhttp://supporters.footprintfriends.com/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=17&PostID=857
Every investor today seeks an investment that is both rewarding as well as secure. This is because of the current recession experienced by a major part of the world economy. One sector which has not been affected by this omnipresent gloom is the energy market. Energy market is still a strong sector which offers a high ROI of 650% and more.

The investment in the market is secure and is also quick in offering returns. The demand for energy is here to stay. The energy demand is projected to rise by 10% in US and 40% all over the world, by the year 2030. Although the demand for energy has been met with fossil fuels traditionally, their high prices and decreased availability has made the world shift to renewable sources of energy.

With the help of the world energy research, investors across the world can now benefit greatly from the investment in the renewable energy sector. World energy sector is engaged in developing prospects in all the renewable energy sectors that include solar, wind and tidal energy, by working closely with the experts in these technologies. This will ensure the investors maximum return over their investments.

Plasma TV's?http://supporters.footprintfriends.com/forums/thread/167.aspxThu, 03 Jan 2008 11:23:25 GMTe866abaa-8e31-48a1-b372-da69cf166212:167planet_MATTers5http://supporters.footprintfriends.com/forums/thread/167.aspxhttp://supporters.footprintfriends.com/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=17&PostID=167
I went to my parents home this Christmas; they've just bought a new 37" plasma HD TV.

I was initially impressed good picture, and even energy saving options built in. But even with these settings used the TV kicks out an almost astonishing amount of heat.

So I had a read about it online (one of the stories here: TreeHugger) and basically plasmas seem to be the least energy efficient TV you can get.

Anyone else found this with plasma TVs? I will make sure I stick with LCD myself.
